1961 Corvette This 'vette is undergoing a pretty good make-over. Motor Mike is overhauling the electrical system and installing power steering. We built this relay / power center for a local customer with a Jeep Wrangler. He used it to power up a bunch of different lighting on his Jeep. We set it up so that it was nearly plug and play. In addition, he purchased one of our 2 AWG Charging System Upgrade Kits to facilitate the installation of his 200 Amp alternator. "Tony provided me with all the necessary wiring and components, along with detailed step by step instructions on how to do the DIY install the right way the first time. We built this power center for a gentleman that is converting a vintage Fiat from gas to electric power. The OEM wiring harness leaves a lot to desire, so he did a complete layout on a rework on his PC. He supplied his drawings, the project boxes and some of the relays and sockets. We turned his concept into reality. Note how we terminated everything with plugs so that we can build custom harnesses for each of the accessories when the project is further along. We built this relay / power center for a local customer building a custom rock crawler. He supplied us with the aluminum panel with a panel mounted circuit breaker (on the right) already installed. The fuse panel on the left is similar to the one he is using for his EFI ECU so we used it to mock up the component layout. Note the use of waterproof relays so that this buggy can go nearly anywhere without worry of damage to the electrical system. "Awesome! We built this power center for customer that purchased both of our automotive wiring books at his local book store and then looked us up for some parts for his project. This panel offers fused outputs for accessories that require constant power, those that need be switched on with the key in the Accessory position, and those that need be switched on with the key in the Run position. We built this power center for a customer with a 1997 Ford Mustang Cobra that has a bunch of aftermarket accessories and needed a place to conveniently source power for them. This panel offers fused outputs for accessories that require constant power, those that need be switched on with the key in the Accessory position, and those that need be switched on with the key in the Run position.
